Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using ProxyChecker Pro ("the Software"). By completing a purchase or downloading the Software you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single Windows computer that you own or control. You may not:

Copy, distribute, or resell the Software or its components
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Sublicense, rent, or lend the Software to any third party
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

2. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed securely by Freemius Inc. Upon successful payment confirmation, Freemius will send a download link to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is immediate and entirely digital. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

If you do not receive a download link within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us via the contact page.

⚠ No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

Due to the purely digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. Once the software download link has been delivered to your email address, the transaction is considered complete and final.

By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund. If you have questions about the Software before purchasing, please contact us first.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Software to facilitate illegal activities or to target systems without authorization
Use the Software to harvest or scrape data in violation of third-party terms of service
Resell or commercially redistribute proxy lists generated using the Software
Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the developer. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
